
I Heart Keenwah got creative in the kitchen and crafted a fun breakfast parfait using their Toasted Quinoa Flakes and Light Up! We love using their Toasted Quinoa Hot Cereal anywhere we'd normally use rolled oats - for breakfast, in baking recipes, even overnight oats! Try them out next time you'd normally use oats! They're gluten free, organic and a good source of protein. Combining them with Light Up in this parfait will give you the energy you need to rock your day!

Energy Breakfast Parfait
Top Layer
1/4 cup of raspberries
1 banana
Blend in blender until smooth.
Middle Layer
1 scoop Light Up
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water
Stir together in a bowl until thick.
Bottom Layer
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup of I Heart Keenwah Toasted Quinoa Flakes
1/2 cup water
Blend in blender until smooth.
